Immix delivers a single platform to manage video surveillance/CCTV, intrusion, fire alarms, access control and VoIP audio.

SureView has worked with Heitel to build a seamless integration into their Video Gateway. The concept is simple, connect legacy CCTV systems into the HeiTel Video Gateway and then using Immix, the station monitors these system through a central monitoring interface.

The integration delivers alarm and pre-alarm images to Immix from any existing CCTV systems without interfacing to the existing DVR or VCR. The Video Gateway is designed to use existing DSL, 3G or even POTS lines to create an auto connect back to the central station. This auto connect functionality is called HTconnect and allows installers the ability to quickly bring an account online without the need to change firewall settings on the customer site or producing inbound traffic to the customer network.

The HeiTel Video Gateway offers are a range of valuable add-ons including iPhone or Smart phone access to all connected cameras, two way audio, technical alerts for cameras out of focus, out of position or tampering.
