Suprema launches BioLite Net, the world's smallest IP based fingerprint terminal offering full functionality of access control and time attendance, according to the manufacturer.

The BioLite Net also offers extra durability in extreme environment with its rugged IP65 rated structure to make it suitable for outdoor installation.

With the introduction of the BioLite Net, Suprema strengthens its extensive product lineup of its IP based fingerprint access control system. Suprema's award-winning powerful algorithm and its expertise in IP based distributed access control system are the key genetic feature of BioLite Net.

BioLite Net provides easy installation and network connectivity by TCP/IP (or RS485) interface, Wiegand as well as an internal relay for direct lock interface. The device also offers easier operation and control with its built-in keypads, LCD and RF card(13.56 MHz Mifare) reader. Depends on the users' needs, authentication mode can be easily set and switch between combination of fingerprint, PIN and/or RF card. In addition, BioLite Net is fully compatible with the BioStar, the company's time attendance and access control software.

Suprema is increasingly focusing on developing "distributed access control system' to answer trends and needs from the security industry. Along with its all new access control software, the BioStar, addition of BioLite Net will set Suprema as a leader in biometrics, for emerging IP based security system market.
