Aysec Oy, whose head office is located in Vantaa, just outside Helsinki, has 11 employees and an annual turnover of just over SEK 25 million (? 2.7 million).

"Apart from this acquisition strengthening our market position in Finland, Aysec's competence will significantly improve our ability to offer more complete and effective security solutions for the protection of high-risk sites and installations."
