Available in flush-mounted, wall-mounted or desktop versions, the satin finished monitors have a high level of acoustic fidelity.

Two-wire technology enables connectivity over long distances, providing a flexible solution that delivers cost-savings on installation. The 2-wire system allows polarity insensitive connection between external and internal components.

The apartments also benefit from a Simplehome home automation system to control the LED mood lighting. This is controlled by a Mini Touch unit which sports a slim, compact profile.

The townhouses have Comelit’s IP-based VIP door entry system, combined with Simplehome home automation to control the lighting and heating. Being IP-based, the VIP system has no distance limitations and is able to provide an unlimited number of users with simultaneous video and audio communications, while at the same time enabling remote connection and diagnostics.
