As the new Country Manager for Sweden, the company expects Andreas will play a significant role in the group’s continued development and growth. Prior to taking the new position, he was Country Manager Sweden for PHM Group. He has also held various leadership roles for Primär FM Group and Renonorden and served as a management consultant for Kearney.

Andreas possesses extensive experience in decentralised business models, as well as strategic and operative leadership. He will team with regional managers to drive development and improvement initiatives and support the local branches to ensure that Prosero can maintain its position as one of the strongest and most competitive actors in the security market.
