Xtralis acquires VSK Group for USD 49 million

VSK Group, the Belgian subsidiary of Allied Defense Group, has been acquired for USD 49 million. VSK designs, develops and markets sophisticated electronic security systems throughout Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the United States.

VSK and Xtralis will be run by newly appointed CEO, Samir Samhouri. Mr Samhouri will ensure that VSK and Xtralis work together to build their combined presence in the global security market.
