Securitas and ISS Facility Services have agreed to closely cooperate in delivering high-quality integrated facility services to both Securitas ‘and ISS’ customers in Denmark.

In addition, Securitas has acquired most of ISS Facility Services’ security business and a limited number of ISS receptionist services in Denmark, with total annual sales of approximately MSEK 30 (MDKK 25) and approximately 50 employees.

Previously Securitas agreed with ISS Facility Services to acquire the commercial security services business contracts and assets of ISS Facility Services in the Netherlands. ISS’ security services operation in the Netherlands has annual sales of approximately MSEK 315 (MEUR 37) and 800 employees.

This acquisition will considerably improve Securitas’ national coverage of its mobile services in the Netherlands. In addition, the acquisition will strengthen the organization in creating optimal security solutions for its customers.

Securitas’ acquisitions of ISS services started already in 2012 last year when ISS Facility Services’ security business in Norway was purchased by Securitas. The turnover of this Norwegian business is approximately MSEK 60 (MNOK 50).
