Maxxess set to show award winning integrations in Dubai

Dubai, U.A.E

Affordable but increasingly powerful integration technology from Maxxess will be highlighted at Intersec 2020, as the company showcases the latest off-the-shelf, modular solutions for mixed-use developments including offices, retail, hospitality and residential complexes.

Using versatile, open-technology software, Maxxess Efusion is proving to be an alternative to costly or complex conventional PSIM solutions. Efusion offers the advantages of a modular, building block approach and gives users the freedom to integrate, customise and adapt their security systems.

It’s an approach that gives users more power and functionality now, plus the ability to adapt more easily whenever risks and priorities change. It’s also allowing improved management of operations across multiple sites, with more efficient central control ensuring new approaches standardisation and compliance.

Ensuring compatibility with leading technologies in surveillance, intruder, access, fire detection and building management (BMS), Efusion now supports more than 60 off-the-shelf integrations.

One of the most important recent additions to the Efusion integrations line-up is Traka from Assa Abloy. By seamlessly linking Efusion with Traka, Maxxess has now made it simple for organisations to manage all their keys and high value assets from their centralised security management platform, reducing the risk of security breaches and streamlining their day-to-day operations.

This lets authorised staff gain access to a wide range of controlled assets, from keys and premises to high value equipment, vehicles and machinery and it enables full traceability and audit reports that can include video and audio recordings as well as transactional data from systems such as access control, intruder and fire. As with all Traka solutions, audit capability across key cabinets, equipment stores and lockers enables instant traceability and reporting. Other important functions include automated fault logging, which has been shown to improve operational efficiency and reduce the risk of health & safety failures and potentially costly down time.

Other Efusion integrations on show at Intersec include video technology from Axis Communications, Milestone advanced video management software, intelligent IP intercom from Zenitel and convenient, cost-effective Aperio wireless locking.

According to Maxxess Managing Director, Lee Copland, the company has a solid track record in Dubai, and its strong presence in the wider region, having delivered a number of major implementations over the last 18 months, including the Intersec Award-winning Bluewaters Island project.  And looking ahead, Maxxess Efusion and Maxxess Insite solutions have been chosen for a landmark tower development which is to be announced shortly.
