The Asoni CAM647 remotely supports pan, tilt, auto-pan, patrol functions and 128 pre-set points via Intranet or Internet. It is also designed with an embedded auto IR cut filter to provide good quality images during both day and night time conditions. Moreover, the WDR(Wide Dynamic Range) function can make for much clearer video under backlight conditions.

The CAM647 IP camera supports H.264, MJPEG and MPEG4 (for 3GPP mobile viewing) video compression which provides smooth and high quality pictures with tri-codec and triple streaming. This allows different clients to view different quality levels of image simultaneously. It also supports 3GPP mobile surveillance, which enables monitoring via 3G cell phones.

The camera includes built-in motion detection via sensor in digital out. Once motion or sensor trigger is detected, it will activate the alarm device via the digital out, and will then email/FTP the video file to you for instant-event notification. In addition, a complete SDK (Software Development Kit) is provided for software integration which provides users flexibility based on various project applications when using this IP camera solution.
