The acquisition strengthens Prosero’s presence and security offering in Jylland. Prosero now has 24 locations in Denmark and coverage throughout the country.

Vestjysk Låseservice offers installation, service, and maintenance of locks and fittings, electronic locks, access-control systems, and entrance automation. From its two shops in Esbjerg and Ribe, the company serves businesses, associations, customers in the public sector, and private individuals. Operations also include 24-hour on-call locksmith services.

Vestjysk Låseservice will become part of LÅS.DK, which joined Prosero in June 2026, and will continue to operate under its own brand. The former CEO and owner, Jan Dinesen, will also continue to be responsible for the two shops.
