WESII from KBC for wirefree applications

Operating in the licence-free 5GHz and 2.4GHz bands as well as the 4.9GHz USA public safety band, KBC's WESII, wireless Ethernet transmission range includes point-to-point and point-to-multipoint units with PoE and non-PoE variants.
The products are ideal for temporary installations or permanent deployments where it’s not possible or practical to install cable such as city centres, industrial premises, campuses and historical sites.

Supporting 10/100 Ethernet, WESII is designed for non-conditioned environments providing up to 99Mbps throughput and encryption as standard. Depending on the environment and transmission distances involved, the units are supplied with various directional or omni-directional antennas.

The new models support 5GHz, 2.4GHz & 4.9GHz, as well as complying with IEEE802.3 a/b/g/n and include up to 99Mbps throughput. They feature MIMO technology and are ETSI DFS & TPC compliant and also incorporate WPA2: AES or TKIP encryption. The housing is robust and capable of withstanding poor weather conditions with a rating of IP66, and the devices operate within a range of -40 ~ +70°C.

The KBC WESII is suitable for long-range wireless deployment with high receiver sensitivity and is designed for straightforward setup.
