Dahua offers latest surveillance solutions at Sicur

Hangzhou, China

Dahua Technology will be showing its latest innovations and how the company's cutting edge technologies can be applied, at Sicur 2018, the international security, safety and fire exhibition, from February 20 to 23, in Madrid, Spain.

Dahua will be bringing its revolutionary concept to the event, with HDCVI 4.0, first put forward by Dahua in 2017, which is comprised of three key components, HDCVI-4K for superior video capturing, HDCVI-IoT for multi-dimensional sensing and HDCVI-AI which delivers more AI-powered smart functionalities.

HDCVI-4K is one of the themes on the stand not to be missed, with the HAC-PFW3601-A180, being the first HDCVI multi-lens infrared camera with a 4K 180 degree panoramic view, that can deliver high quality images even under low light and create an electronic cruise model to realise a multiple target split-screen view. This benefits the detection of moving targets in critical areas. In addition, it boasts IP67 and IK10 protection.

Dahua will also showcase its HDCVI-PoC technology with a range of products at the event. HDCVI cameras support PoC technology which transmits both video and power over a single coaxial cable, eliminating separate camera power supplies and further simplifying system deployment with true plug & play.

The HDCVI-IoT is another crucial innovation in the concept of HDCVI 4.0.  HDCVI-IoT provides a comprehensive ecosystem linking conventional HD-over-Coax video and audio data with sensor info (temperature, humidity, etc.), and alarms. Using visual evidence to warn users about potential risks helps them to secure personnel and property at every level. Visitors will be able to check out the LC1200T-TH camera on the Dahua stand.

For HDCVI-AI, while this technology has not yet reached its full potential, it has already shown impressive results. Using deep learning technology, Dahua has achieved first place in several international completions, such as ICDAR.

At the fair, Dahua will presents the ePoE series, one of the most innovative technologies from Dahua, which supports distances of up to 800 metres between the ePoE camera and the ePoE network switch or ePoE NVR with an embedded switch, allowing large space surveillance and smooth analogue to IP migration. Effectively saving on costs, by reducing the number of switches and other video surveillance components. The ePoE series network recorder has 8 green ePoE ports that support long-distance PoE transmission. An advanced H.265 chipset is deployed to support 4K and H.265 decoding at a performance of up to 16ch@1080P or 4ch@4K live view or playback.

Dahua will also showcase its industrial cameras/lens (Machine Vision), designed to be very competitive in the security vision market, and the Dahua video conference system, which encompasses a full range of products including video conferencing hard endpoints, soft endpoints, omni-directional microphones, multi-point conferencing control units, for use across a wide range of areas, such as general industry, public security, distance education, and telemedicine.
