Surveon shows complete megapixel solution at Intersec

Taipei, Taiwan

Surveon will showcase new 5 megapixel Premium series network cameras alongside its full line of solutions at Intersec 2013 from January 15th to 17th in Dubai, UAE.
Surveon is one of the few manufacturers with the in-house design and production capacity, providing products ranging from megapixel cameras and hardware RAID NVR to enterprise iSCSI/SAS video storage sub-systems for professional surveillance market.

Surveon’s new 5 megapixel Premium series network cameras feature up to 2560 x 1920 video resolution, H.264 compression with 10 FPS, and fine image quality for both indoor and outdoor applications. Also on display will be the 2 megapixel full HD network camera series offering the enhanced image quality under low light environment. Equipped with Sony Exmor sensors, 2.8x zoom lens, auto focus, P-Iris, WDR, defog, HLC and 3DNR, the Surveon Premium series could be an ideal choice for any megapixel project.

Designed to meet the needs of IP surveillance, the smart megapixel recorder (SMR) systems feature 6 to 40-channel local display with 1920 x 1080 resolution in desktop and rackmount options. The systems accommodate up to eight hot-swappable disk drives with hardware RAID that ensures system performance and data protection. The non-COTS system design offers a highly integrated and proven solution for security integrators, minimizing the installation, compatibility and maintenance issues associated with traditional PC+Software solutions and enabling them to easily upgrade to small- to medium-sized megapixel projects. The enterprise rackmount hardware RAID NVR series capable of more than 5,000 Mbps “writing” performance provides high I/O rates, large capacities, and the overall system stability necessary for easy scalability from medium to large surveillance projects.

All the NVR series is based on Surveon’s VMS framework and offers enterprise-level features, including smart search, real-time video analytics, remote management, multi-display, video bookmarking, Iphone and HTML clients. In addition, the VMS central management allows easy installation of one to hundreds of NVRs on the same distributed framework, making it possible for system integrators to scale the surveillance network to any size.
