Under the Electronics and Information Technology Goods Order issued by the Indian Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DEIT), 15 electronic and information & technology products are required to comply with the applicable Indian safety standards and mandatory registration before they are imported to, distributed, or sold in India.

The certification extends from Suprema’s corporate brand and its products for biometric scanners for access control and time & attendance, which include Facestation, a next generation intelligent face recognition terminal as well as various fingerprint terminals such as Biolite Net, Bioentry W, Bioentry Plus and Biostation.
