Siemens is a Premier Partner for Intelligent Infrastructure and Operations for Expo 2020 Dubai and will use Mindsphere, its cloud-based operating system for the Internet of Things, for the optimisation of energy and building management across the site.
The company has a portfolio of building automation and digitalisation technology for safe, secure, energy efficient buildings and infrastructure including Desigo CC, a total building management platform which integrates all building functions into a single system; Navigator, a cloud-based platform for energy optimisation and Siveillance, an intelligent video management platform for critical infrastructure.
Many of the Middle East’s most prominent landmarks have been digitalised with Siemens’ smart building technology including Dubai Parks and Resorts, Abu Dhabi’s Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, Tornado Tower in Qatar and the Atlantis Hotel, Dubai Opera and the 3D-printed ‘Office of the Future’ in Dubai.
