The mission of Mefsec is to facilitate knowledge transfer and business opportunity in key sectors of the fire fighting, safety and security market. The aim of this event is to build networks by bringing together experts, industry leaders and distributors.
In 2010, the event hosted 18,913 visitors from 46 countries with a growth expectation for 2011 as safety awareness and investment continues to expand in the Middle East and Africa.
The show covers security themes in all aspects of fire fighting, policing, security, safety at work and rescue. New to the show this year will be the areas of biometrics, border contro, building management solutions, information security, guarding, security lighting, and remote security management solutions.
The organisers of Mefsec will be holding a series of seminars alongside the exhibition. The speakers are experts in their field, covering current issues and hot topics in the power and energy market.

Mefsec expects growth at Cairo show in December

The Middle East Fire & Security Show (Mefsec) is held yearly alongside Electricx at the Cairo International Convention Center in Egypt. Mefsec is organised by Egytec and this year the show will take place from the 10th -13th December.
