Etherwan solutions successfully contribute to Asia-Pacific ITS Forum

Earlier this month Etherwan successfully gained significant attention with their innovative Ethernet connecitvity equipment from their participation at the 11th Asia-Pacific ITS show (Intelligent Transportation Systems).
At the show they were visited by the Minister of Bureau of Transportation from Taiwan, Mr. Chi-Kuo Mau, when the potential and development of intelligent transport were discussed in a very positive manner.

Innovating into the field of Ethernet solutions for intelligent transportation systems for many years, Etherwan obtained particular recognition and favour at the exhibition. For various different traffic applications, Etherwan designs its products on the premise of complying with the industry standard or obtaining certifications, for example, EN50121-4 and EN50155 for railway management, E-Mark for motor vehicle network systems, and NEMA TS2 for traffic control solutions.

In the mean time, Mr. Mitch Yang, CEO of Etherwan, shared the success and experiences of Etherwan's contribution to ITS construction especially in the US. During the exhibition, various applications were demonstrated including serial-to-ethernet solutions for intersection traffic flow control and analysis, PoE and long-distance Ethernet solutions for intersection surveillance, PoE network solutions for motor vehicle, IP67-rated network devices for rolling stock, etc.

Intelligent transportation systems (ITS) is a developing mainstream market with comprehensive technology involved. With field-proven technology and success cases around the world, Etherwan has become one of the leaders of Ethernet solutions.
