At the show they were visited by the Minister of Bureau of Transportation from Taiwan, Mr. Chi-Kuo Mau, when the potential and development of intelligent transport were discussed in a very positive manner.

Innovating into the field of Ethernet solutions for intelligent transportation systems for many years, Etherwan obtained particular recognition and favour at the exhibition. During the exhibition, various applications were demonstrated including serial-to-ethernet solutions for intersection traffic flow control and analysis, PoE and long-distance Ethernet solutions for intersection surveillance, PoE network solutions for motor vehicle, IP67-rated network devices for rolling stock, etc.
