Rodrigue, who is based in Nantes, France, will provide pre-sales and technical support to Pacom clients and sales team; ensure the successful selling and installation of technology solutions and ongoing client satisfaction in the pre and post sales phase.
Rodrigue is fluent in French and English and formerly worked for Oberthur, a leader in smart card based security, for the last 6 years in a similar position.
In the meantime, as a result of growth, Pacom has opened new office in the West of France, in La Chapelle sur Erdre,close to Nantes. A new training centre and demo room is planned for the near future.
