Designer line of high-security bollars expanded

Palmdale, California (USA)

Delta Scientific announces its new extended line of designer bollards lets an organization's first line of security accent and enhance the facility's architecture.

Virtually unlimited in styles and aesthetics, safety consultants can specify having ornamental steel trim attached directly to the bollard or select cast aluminum, iron or bronze to slip over the crash tube. If damaged, one simply slides off the old sleeve and slips on a new one. The designer bollards are available in stainless steel, cast stone, ceramics and epoxy based stones. They can be fitted with an internal warning light for increased visibility and engineered to suit high traffic volumes.

"You'll see Delta designer bollards in front of the U.S. Department of State headquarters in Washington, D.C.," affirms David Dickinson, senior vice president of Delta Scientific. "Extremely popular, they are used in locations from Paris to Berlin and beyond. Our extension of this line now gives users many more choices."

The decorative bollards come in six different series - traditional, silhouette, sculptured, omni, lineas and architect. Three levels of protection all meet or exceed U.S. Department of Defense and Department of State certifications. They hold the highest ratings ever given to bollard systems.
