Dahua helps secure valuables on construction sites

Esbjerg, Danmark

PTZ Security, the distributor of Dahua in Denmark, is experiencing a growing interest in CCTV on construction sites, of which 90 percent of the systems are from Dahua Technology.
According to the company, in 2010, 1,125 thefts were reported on record at construction sites in Denmark. Today there are signs of organised crime, where players work on a very structured approach - with greater economic losses for construction companies. Although companies are insured, they lose money every time. There is often a high level of excess on this type of insurance, which in many cases means that the insurance covers only 60 percent of its losses.

"We have extensive experience with this type of work, because the construction sites have had to take matters into their own hands,” said Lasse østergaard Jensen, owner of PTZ Security. “ The specific requirements at each site are highly variable, and can be anything from HD monitoring and observation to advanced speed dome solutions with constant monitoring verification. As Dahua is one of the world leading security manufacturers, we have access to a full range of solutions based on the same platform which is an obvious advantage.”

“Dahua has been dedicated to providing a wide range of security solutions,” said Michael Chen, VP of Dahua Technology. “We aim to help our regional partners with our in-house technology and seamless technical support to leverage both benefits for all parties.”
