Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC) is a fully-owned state-run energy company based in Dubai. The new lube oil plant is expected to start operating during Q1 2009 and will manufacture lube oil for the aviation, transport and marine sectors. Consilium has received an order to deliver instrumentation, electrical system, fire- and gas detection and CCTV-surveillance to the new plant.
