ACTi IP cameras installed at Imam Hossein hospital in Iran

Taipei, Taiwan

ACTi completes a successful project in Imam Hossein hospital in Iran where ACTi IP cameras were installed by PFN Technology, a leading company in administration advanced networking solutions to the Enterprise, SME, ISP and SOHO. The IP cameras from ACTi are implemented with ACTi streaming activator software for local recording, real time preview and monitoring.

For security reasons, ACTi IP cameras were installed at five pharmacies in the hospital where they deliver very expensive pharmaceutics to patients. The Imam Hossein hospital, one of the major hospitals in Iran, chose ACTi IP camera with a network system solution provided by PFN because it wanted to implement a more advanced surveillance system that could efficiently monitor the security of those medicines.

"ACTi ACM-1431 IP camera could provide a very good video quality which just requires 1.5Mbps bandwidth for the full D1 @ 25FPS. This bandwidth requirement is almost half compared with most of IP cameras in this market. ACTi IP camera is no doubt the best choice for the network transmission. Another more important compelling reason is ACTi ACM-1431 providing extremely clear picture at night because of equipping with mechanical IR cut filter." says Farshid Parhizkari, sales manager of PFN Technology.
