New CFO at Cryptzone

Nashua, NH

Cryptzone, a global provider of data security and identity and access management (IAM) solutions, has appointed Andy Jones to join the company as chief financial officer. His primary responsibilities will include managing the company's financial growth, scaling continued operations and directing global human resources.

"Andy has a great deal of experience with fast-growing technology companies, making him a perfect fit for overseeing Cryptzone's aggressive growth and expansion plans, as well as the integration of the company's recent Hisoftware acquisition."

Jones is a skilled finance leader with over 25 years of experience, more than 12 of which include working with venture capital and private equity-backed companies. Prior to joining Cryptzone he was CFO at Integrity Interactive, a private equity-financed $30MM company that provided Global Ethics and Compliance programmes to Global 2000 companies, and successfully sold that business for $170MM.  Previously he was CFO of CCBN, a $65MM information services business that was also successfully sold for $150MM. He has also held top finance positions at Nasuni Corp., Trueadvantage, Inc., New River, Inc., Thomson Financial and Seagram's. Jones holds a business degree from the University of Edinburgh and is qualified as a Chartered Accountant by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
