KBC appoints director of engineering

John Crockett, CEO KBC Networks welcomed Clinton to KBC saying “Clinton’s wealth of experience from the banking and military sectors plus his skills in computing and programming makes him a perfect fit for KBC. As the trend towards IP continues, there will be many exciting product developments from KBC. We have a challenging product roadmap ahead of us, and with Clinton’s leadership, we’re looking forward to delivering more transmission solutions that will open up new opportunities and new markets for our customers."
Clinton will be based in the UK with the KBC EMEA team and will initially focus on KBC’s IP product line, promising to expand the capabilities and applications of the Thrulink family of products - KBC’s solution that enables secure, live video to be streamed over public networks and 3/4G. When asked about his new role, Clinton answered, “Why I'm excited to join? I enjoy disruptive innovation and being part of KBC will allow us to bring just these types of solutions to the market place."
