As one of Europe’s largest and fastest-growing markets, Germany is of significant strategic importance to Prosero. In December 2025, the group acquired Goldfunk Sicherheitstechnik, marking Prosero’s fourth acquisition in Germany, in addition to Bofferding, Weckbacher Sicherheitssysteme, and Mittermeier Sicherheitstechnik. In a move to strengthen the German organisation further, Prosero has now appointed Gerrit Fleischer as Country Manager for Germany and the DACH region.

Fleischer will work closely with the German branches and maximize the value of Prosero’s growing footprint in Germany through joint initiatives, cross-selling, and increased cooperation with key suppliers. A central part of Fleischer’s role will be to drive continued growth and to expand Prosero by attracting strong entrepreneurs throughout the DACH region.

Gerrit Fleischer comes most recently from Roto Frank Holding AG, where he served as Head of Strategy & Business Development. In this role, he gained extensive experience in driving and executing buy-and-build strategies. In addition, he has solid experience from business development, international expansion, and building organizations with local entrepreneurship — an approach that aligns with Prosero’s model.

With a strong presence in the region and dedicated local management in place, Prosero’s goal is to make DACH its leading market in the coming years. Gerrit Fleischer will start his new position in April 2026.
