Danish Sikring Nord joins Prosero Security Group

Stockholm, Sweden

Prosero is once again strengthening its presence, this time on the Jutland in Denmark as Sikring Nord becomes part of the Group. Founded in 2006, Sikring Nord provides custom-made security solutions within the field of alarms, access control, CCTV, and consulting services.

With 8 employees, the company is operating from three offices in Sæby, Hjørring and Hobro, and also has service customers all over the country. Since inception, Sikring Nord has delivered strong growth and established a leading market position in the northern and middle part of Jutland with strong relationships to suppliers and customers, ranging from smaller private customers to larger corporates with high security needs.

The founders of Sikring Nord will continue as part-owners in Prosero and continue to run the daily operations in the company. "We have always had a strong will to be at the forefront of developments in the industry as well as close to our customers, which has benefited our customers. By becoming part of Prosero we create long-term stability and give Sikring Nord the development opportunities that are necessary to continue as the locally preferred security partner. At the same time, we ensure we are up to speed with the latest technologies. We will thereby become one of several strong companies, and we hope to be able to contribute to and benefit from all of the skills and knowledge found in Prosero. Sikring Nord remains a local security company with the same employees and organisation that our customers know today, but with the added strength that we now have through a network of strong security partners throughout the Nordics," says Jesper Toft Jensen at Sikring Nord.

"Denmark is a very exciting market, and Sikring Nord is an important addition to Prosero. The company has demonstrated an impressive track-record and we continue to see strong growth potential along with attractive synergies with our existing business," says Sebastian Ryman, Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at the Prosero Group.
