Bosch Building Tecnologies is looking for a business development manager

You will:

  • Be responsible for the vertical expansion of Bosch Security focusing on video surveillance including cameras, VMS and storage devices to customers in Nordic/Baltic and also support Northen Europe
  • Work on negotiating, maintaining and developing new customer portfolio
  • Assist clients with the design of the mentioned systems
  • Organize marketing activities in collaboration with the marketing manager
  • Participate actively in trade fairs and sales meetings
  • Be responsible for your own sales budget
  • Actively get involved in tender specification of large projects, drive specification of BT and convert these tenders into leads. Present, discuss, adjust and follow-up on technical and commercial solutions with the end-user and all relevant parties

You should have:

  • Work experience, preferably from the industry
  • Technical education, engineering etc. similar expertise
  • Understanding of TCP / IP networks
  • Marketing / sales experience.

Furthermore, you should have good communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work in an international team. You should have good English, Swedish and preferable Finish language. In addition, if you are extroverted, creative and eager to create results, you will find yourself at ease with us. Travel must be expected.
