VNS introduces Fortem technologies to the Middle East

VNS introduced the Fortem Drone Hunter to the Middle East markets for the first time at Intersec

At the recent Intersec show in Dubai, VNS Technologies, a leading IT distributor focused on surveillance, networking and storage solutions throughout the the Middle East, India, and Sri Lanka, introduced Fortem Technologies to the region.

Established in the year 2009, VNS Technologies has a regional presence in Dubai, Oman, India and Sri Lanka with Abu Dhabi being the location of the company's  headquarters.  The VNS portfolio includes, video surveillance, networking systems, storage solutions, IT security, IP transmission, KVM solutions.

VNS is an exclusive distributor for Nexsan Storage Solutions, Network Optix VMS and Securicorp Video Surveillance Solutions in the Middle East, and authorised distributors for Huawei, Pelco, Veracity, and Vivanco.

The new product launch to the Middle East region for the company at Intersec was Fortem Technologies. An innovator in AI-enabled airspace awareness, safety and security solutions, Fortem delivers military-tested, commercially available products that monitor, detect and alert in real-time when drones and other unmanned aircraft (UAVs) enter an airspace. These  technologies are designed to allow organisations to transition their unmanned aircraft operations beyond visual line of sight and enable safe, autonomous operation. According to VNS, the company is venture backed by top Silicon Valley investors and is based in Pleasant Grove, Utah.
