Videoiq achieves record growth for 2011 and predicts more for 2012

Bedford, Ma

Videoiq has achieved record sales in 2011 showing an increase of over 150% growth since 2010. The company now works with over 30 countries, and has shown a growth of over 100% in the total number of customers supplied.
According to a company statement this growth has been driven by continued adoption of its intelligent all-in-one video surveillance systems, including it's award winning HD cameras, streaming cameras and encoders, plus significant channel partner development, investment in new partnerships and the introduction of Videoiq’s Tier 1 partner programme.

Powered by Videoiq’s award winning self-calibrating analytics, ICVR all-in-one video surveillance solutions improve security by delivering superior accuracy and range. Unlike conventional IP video surveillance systems, which face significant bandwidth and storage challenges, Videoiq’s ICVR onboard storage provides months of recording while eliminating the need to backhaul video to central storage servers – reducing bandwidth consumption by over 90 percent.

“For Videoiq, 2011 was not only the strongest sales and customer growth year ever, we also saw our growth accelerate throughout the year,” said Ed Bednarcik, president and CEO of Videoiq. “By dramatically improving security, simplifying infrastructure deployment and reducing end-users costs, we are confident we are headed towards another record year in 2012.”
