Burnsville, MN (USA)

Trans-Alarm, Inc. has completed the acquisition of the local monitoring accounts of Webco Security Inc. The sale includes a number of Webco's monitored accounts located in the seven-county metropolitan area of Minneapolis and St. Paul, MN. Webco, headquartered in Ramsey, MN enjoys a reputation for exceptional service and quality with primarily high-end residential customers.

Webco was founded in 1998 and installs quality products as a single-source, low voltage provider in Minnesota. The company works predominately with local builders and specializes in structured cabling and life safety and security products for new construction and remodeling. These products include: cable/phone/satellite, structured wiring, home theatre, multi-room sound, security systems/cameras, computer networking, central vacuum, home control and more. For several years Webco was an ADT dealer and will now become a Trans-Alarm dealer.

Webco is focused on the residential market and offers GE SecurityPro products to its customers while Trans-Alarm focuses on primarily commercial opportunities and is a Honeywell authorized dealer.

Trans-Alarm, Inc., has enjoyed increasing revenues for more than 40 years and is the leading Twin Cities provider of commercial and industrial building security and fire monitoring systems. The company operates a five diamond, U.L. listed central alarm monitoring station, located at its headquarters in Burnsville, MN.
