The Chamberlain group acquires PTI Integrated Systems

The Chamberlain Group, Inc. has acquired PTI Integrated Systems, Scottsdale, Arizona, as part of its ongoing growth plans in the integrated access control industry. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Established in 1979, PTI Integrated Systems is a developer and manufacturer delivering complete solutions for access control, security, and site management to customers worldwide. PTI provides hardware and software solutions to targeted industries. Self-storage customers recognized PTI's Falcon controllers, APEX, and VP keypads, coupled with TaskMaster Management software, as complete end to end solutions to integrate the latest technology for access control, security, management software, video integration, wireless and TCP/IP into their solutions.
