The Safe suite of software automatically adjusts permission levels for each identity through every type of change, including authority levels, new access systems added to the enterprise or changing compliance regulations.

Safe makes integration invisible, working with existing security hardware and infrastructure and creating a single web-based database. By connecting physical security operations to IT infrastructure, users can quickly lower operational costs, improve compliance and lower overall risk.

Using Quantum Secure's Safe software to manage identities enterprise-wide can streamline processes such as issuing ID badges, managing disparate databases, reporting across systems, adding new employees, responding to terminations and changing work assignments, and assigning access privileges across multiple physical access control systems.

Additional modules are also available for compliance with regulatory policies for example to identify and mitigate any compliance concerns automatically. The Safe compliance regulator provides centralised enforcement of external regulations such as Sarbanes-Oxley. There is also a useful analytics and reporting tool, allowing the operators to view their physical security infrastructure as a convenient dashboard. Data updated daily is available in web-ready reports for easy analysis. Metrics include alarms by site, badge allocation by type, and sites and devices that generate the most alarms. In addition a simplified visitor management module is a further option where users can pre-register, approve, enroll and manage visitors.
