~~PSI is led by Richard Osborne Jr., born and raised in Hawaii, a 25 year industry veteran who has worked to develop both the residential and commercial channels, in addition to the integration offerings. Osborne, along with his employees, will be joining the Protection 1 team.

PSI was originally a branch of Sensormatic before being purchased by Mr. Osborne in 2010.
