Profits doubled at Indigovision

The annual results for Indigovision are in, ahead of the company's AGM on the 8th November, and they show substantial growth and doubled profits.
According to the report annual revenues are up 5% to £30.3m and second half revenues are up 14% to £15.8m. Operating profits before exceptional items are up 123% to £2.66m.

Over the year Indigovision has released 14 new camera variants and has launched the Camera Gateway software designed to provide a truly open system. The company has also developed 3 year product and technology roadmaps, whilst all sales regions have delivered higher operating contributions. In addition the company has implemented management changes.

Marcus Kneen, CEO, commented on the results, "In light of the current financial market, it's good to see that we are continuing to grow revenue. Remaining cutting edge and developing new products is key for Indigovision and we will be launching exciting new additions to our range over the coming months."

Hamish Grossart, Chairman, said, "These are excellent results from a business with the potential to be much larger. Extensive changes to the business, both completed and planned for the current year, are designed to position it for future growth. Double digit growth in sales and order intake has continued into the first seven weeks of the current year. At this early stage there is every reason to believe that the current year will be a good one.”
