This latest integrated IP surveillance solution is designed to meet the growing trend for zero-carbon footprint and caters to both commercial and industrial applications. Recognised as the Taiwan Excellence Award winner in surveillance products, Planet also introduced its latest industrial solar solution at the international press conference held by Taitra on April 11th during the exhibition.

At ISC West, Planet showcased its innovative IP surveillance total solutions via live demonstrations and multimedia displays. The primary theme of their stand was "Green Industrial IP Surveillance". Integrated with the green solar energy and PoE technology, the Planet solar power PoE switch is the highlight of the solution allowing the implementation of surveillance in both urban and far-reaching areas. Meanwhile, a full range of Industrial-grade high power PoE equipment including a managed fibre switch, Ethernet extender, wireless AP, outdoor box IP camera and speed dome IP camera were also presented to demonstrate sound deployment of IP surveillance networks in harsh environments.

Secondly, they highlighted their theme of "Professional and Intelligent IP Surveillance". Planet exhibited a complete solution of high-definition video surveillance cameras, comprising 5 megapixel cameras, full HD cameras, 360 degree panoramic fish-eye cameras, etc. designed to deliver clear and sharp images for surveillance needs in every sector. Planet also showed the intelligent monitoring solution that integrates a network video recorder (NVR) with central management software, capable of centrally managing up to 1,024 IP cameras in the surveillance network. In addition, the mobile apps for Planet NVRs and IP cameras are provided for users to further enhance the efficiency and convenience of mobile surveillance.

Visitors to the Planet stand were able to experience the company's latest high power PoE IP surveillance network. To facilitate the deployment of a green IP surveillance network, Planet presented the latest IEEE 802.3 with a high power PoE switch and PoE hub with intelligent centralised power management functions, as well as a new series of ultra power 60-watt PoE injectors and splitters to support high power speed domes and PTZ IP camera installations. In addition, the Planet power over coaxial solution was demonstrated showing the transformation of a CCTV system into an IP-based surveillance network in difficult environments, offering business and industrial networks with maximum expandability.
