Panasonic updates Super Dynamic to version 5
Las Vegas, Nevada (USA)
"Panasonic has established a new level of imaging performance with the introduction of Super Dynamic 5," said J.M. Allain, president of Panasonic System Solutions Company. "The performance benefits of SD5 are more than just noticeable, they're remarkable. SD5 reflects Panasonic's commitment to develop superior technologies for legacy analog video surveillance systems."
Panasonic's new SD5 cameras combine intelligent processing, superior image reproduction (650 lines of resolution), and low-light sensitivity (0.3 lux) to deliver overall superior performance, with features such as Adaptive Black Stretch, 3D Digital Noise Reduction and Auto Back Focus which adjusts the positioning of the CCD sensor to provide accurate focus in both color and black-and-white modes and reduces post-installation intervention.
"SD5 is the result of Panasonic's on-going aggressive research and development efforts," said Mr. Allain. "The proof of the technology is in the products themselves. You can only really appreciate the performance by seeing it in action."
