Dubey’s hiring signals Brivo’s continued commitment to customer service by enhancing the company’s resources in strategic product management. In his new role, Dubey will be responsible for the strategic direction of the entire Brivo product line. “We are intensely focused on listening to the needs of our channel partners as they create superior solutions for our shared end-users” said John Szczygiel, Executive Vice President, Brivo Systems. “Rajeev brings to Brivo a wealth of experience in global business, product strategy, and product marketing that will help us achieve our objectives.”

Dubey has an impressive record of product management and software engineering experience with such leading companies as Honeywell, United Technologies, Juniper Networks, and Nortel. “Even though Brivo has been in the Software as a Service business for more than a decade, this still feels like a dynamic, energetic start-up culture,” commented Dubey. “We’re really at the cutting edge of cloud technology, the company’s growth record has been tremendous, and there is still a lot of room for even higher levels of growth—physical security solutions moving to the cloud is just now starting to take off.” Rajeev has an M.S. in Management & Engineering from Sloan School of Management, MIT.
