This award is for written descriptions of learning programs that were specifically designed for an audience other than internal employees. Previously, in October 2017, Milestone received two silver awards from Brandon Hall Group, including “Best Certification Program.”

The Learning & Performance Program at Milestone has been expanded greatly over the years. Training activities have moved beyond the classroom, and the certification assessments are focused on proving the skills needed by job roles for designing, installing, configuring, operating, and maintaining Milestone Xprotect video management software.

Excellence Awards winners will be honoured at Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Conference, February 4-6, 2020, at the Hilton West Palm Beach, Florida.
