The Learning & Performance Program at Milestone has evolved significantly over recent years. Training activities have expanded beyond the classroom and the certification assessments are focused on proving the skills needed by job role in designing, installing, configuring, operating, and maintaining Milestone Xprotect video management software. Training is available online, in the form of individual, self-paced e-learning modules, or in a traditional classroom setting led by an expert instructor and delivered in person all over the world. Online certification assessments can be used to identify knowledge gaps and when ultimately passed successfully, prove expertise with Milestone products.

The award entries were evaluated by an international panel of independent industry experts, Brandon Hall Group senior analysts and an executive leadership team. The judging was based on the following criteria: fit to the business needs, program design, functionality, innovation, and overall measurable benefits.
