Mr. Allain, who most recently managed the global operations of Duos Technologies, succeeds Frank DeFina, who recently retired. "We are pleased to welcome J.M. Mr. Allain has led deployments of leading-edge integrated security systems in high-profile public and private institutions around the world. He has also established experience in a number of technology-driven industries including data communications and telecommunications.

Mr. Allain holds an MBA in International Trade and Finance as well as Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Systems Engineering.
