The Ultrasync doorbell camera won in the Internet of Things (IoT) Device category. The video doorbell allows homeowners to remotely view and have two-way conversations with visitors through the Ultrasync mobile app installed on a smartphone or tablet. Embedded motion sensors send instant alerts when people move across user-customised boundaries within the camera’s 180-degree field of view. The camera provides sharp high-definition images, automatic night vision and records to an embedded 16GB SD card when motion is detected or someone rings the bell.

The Interlogix Command Button was named winner of the Home Automation / Home Control Systems category. The Command Button’s compact size allows multiple buttons to be placed throughout a home to control individual Z-Wave devices, such as locks, lights and other appliances, or with a single push just one button can trigger up to three simultaneous system automations.
