Its high-resolution,1920 x 1080p, 2MP stream is ideal for Full HD recording with lower resolution D1 or CIF video streams available for viewing on monitors or smartphones. H.264 and MJPEG compression modes ensure efficient video transmission and data storage, saving network bandwidth. Day night functionality, with WDR, ensure high-quality video images are produced in the most challenging lighting conditions, such as severely backlit scenes or at night.

The Grundig speed dome offers high-speed, 400°/sec pan and tilt movement, with a minimum speed of 0.5°/sec for accurate dome positioning. The impressive 30x optical zoom, complete with 12x digital zoom, enables operators to zoom in and follow events from a great distance.

Installation flexibility is provided with 24V and PoE power options and a range of specialist mounts, including wall, corner, pole, pendant and an adapter for Pelco pendant mounts. The Grundig speed dome has bi-directional audio, a hugely effective crime deterrent, allowing operators to warn off site intruders or issue instructions to site visitors. Further features include 16 programmable privacy zones, 256 pre-sets, 8 tours, 4 alarm inputs and 2 relay outputs.
