Chris Baty has more than 10 years of experience in territory management, managing distribution, channel management, strategic accounts, high-profile projects and technical sales. He has previous experience as a National Accounts Regional Sales Manager with Hikvision USA, in addition to territory and regional sales manager positions with leading manufacturers, where he was able to develop his IP video surveillance expertise.

Gabriel Furtado has more than a decade of experience in the security industry, with positions in sales, engineering and business development in Latin America and in Brazil. He holds a B.A. in Electronic Engineering from Pontificia Universidade Católica (PUC/SP) and Product Management from Escola Superior de Publicidade e Marketing (ESPM), both in São Paulo, Brazil.
