Galaxy focuses on technology partners

Walkersville, Md

Galaxy Controls recently hosted their top resellers and technology partners at the company’s 2015 Dealer Conference in St. Pete’s Beach, Florida. Galaxy believes the event proved to be an invaluable forum for industry professionals to exchange ideas, learn how to best implement new integrated solutions, and create new revenue opportunities.

"This event is centred on us listening to our resellers and technology partners so we can design and deliver the solutions they need to meet the changing needs of the industry,” said Robert Laughlin, President, Galaxy Control Systems. “Several of the new product enhancements we presented were a direct result of input we received from our partners at last year’s event and over the course of the year. This level of information sharing is proving to be invaluable to all in attendance.”

Over 55 access control resellers and 15 technology partners participated in Galaxy Control’s 2015 Dealer Conference, which took place October 31st to November 3rd in St. Pete’s Beach, Florida. Technology partners in attendance included Allegion, Altronix, Assa Abloy, DSI, Fairpoint Data, HID, Lifesafety Power, Morpho Trak, ONSSI, Openeye, Salto Systems, SRI, Stopware, Magnasphere and Ultra ID.

In addition to reseller and technology partner presentations, a roundtable discussion featuring longtime Galaxy customers Baylor Health, Rock Security and the George W. Auch Company addressed the ongoing challenges they face in securing large-scale networked properties and the need for comprehensive support, as provided by Galaxy.

“Galaxy continues to grow globally with the right combination of technology innovation, professional resellers, industry-leading technology partners and dedicated customers. One of our core business philosophies is centred around providing our partners and customers with the information they need to be more successful, and this conference is one example of how we strive to support them to our best abilities,” said Rick Caruthers, Executive Vice President, Galaxy Control Systems.
