The Hikvision DS-7604NI-S NVR is a new generation of network video surveillance product that delivers high-definition video recording and reliable IP-based real-time monitoring. This product can simultaneously support four 4CIF network cameras or two network cameras in 720P (1280x720) resolution.

Built on an embedded platform and combining the latest H.264 video encoding and decoding technology, the DS-7604NI-S NVR facilitates high-quality video display and 4-channel synchronous playback at full frame rate. The product supports dual video streaming, in which the sub-stream allows remote video preview and mobile phone monitoring with minimal bandwidth occupation.

Featuring digital zoom in preview and playback, the DS-7604NI-S NVR enables users to zoom in for minute detail. It also allows video storage on one SATA hard drive with a capability of up to 2 TB. The pre-allocated hard disk management technology is also adopted to make maximum good use of storage space and the user-friendly GUI of the DS-7604NI-S NVR comes with Windows-style interface and an aesthetic, efficient operating panel. Built-in Web server can help users to view video remotely via a Web browser.

Recording features of the DS-7604NI-S NVR include scheduled recording, alarm triggered recording and motion-detection event-triggered recording. Smart PTZ camera control, local archive, easy USB backup, tampering alert, and video loss alarm among other features are also provided. Monitoring, playback, and system configurations can all be maintained using an Internet browser. All these features make this NVR invaluable for securing areas where fewer monitoring points are required, such as convenience store, office and petrol station among other applications.
