Dice has added 14 engineers and support personnel in the last twelve months and plans to add 10 more employees in the upcoming quarter. President and CEO Clifford Dice, returned from retirement in 2009 and initiated the hiring trend saying, " As the old ways of the company continue to evolve and interconnect into a new and vibrant company of young and eager minds, the Dice team becomes better at serving clients with both old and new technology knowledge."

Since his return, Dice Corporation was recognised as one of the "Michigan 50 Companies to Watch" in 2010. Under his leadership, Dice broke its all time sales record last year which was last set in 1999 before the Y2K scare.

The Dice client base has expanded into new industries, largely due to the proliferation of internet protocol or IP devices and wireless technologies. Retail, health and other industries are now eager to have the technlogical infrastructure to integrate with the Dice software and take advantage of its accounting, reporting and automation features.
