PSA members will be able to take advantage of special pricing on Codebench's software development and support services. Among the services Codebench offers are applications that integrate security systems with business systems, system feature enhancements and plug-ins that fill the gap between requirements and off-the-shelf capabilities, and system, badge, and data conversions.
The company's enterprise-wide development experience includes several manufacturers such as GE, Software House, Lenel and AMAG.

The relationship with Coconut Creek, Fla.-based Codebench is a unique one for PSA, which normally provides products. Because Codebench offers customized solutions that are made to order, members will deal directly with the company, rather than buying the services through PSA.

In order to become a PSA-approved vendor, manufacturers must meet several criteria. They must be an established company with a proven, tested product along with quality customer service and technical support.
