Lantern Software and Systems specialises in providing integrated business solutions that focus on combining disparate networks, physical security and business management systems to meet objectives such as increasing operational efficiency and reducing on-going costs. IPsecuritycenter PSIM from CNL Software will enhance Lantern’s range of solutions by providing a software based integration and management platform that brings together all existing systems under a centralised, compliant, command and control interface.

“We provide high quality integrated security solutions comprising diverse systems including CCTV surveillance, access control and intrusion detection designed to suit the hazardous and industrial environments of pipeline and plant projects in particular”, explains Jabir Shah Hameed, CEO of Lantern Software and Systems. “IPsecuritycenter provides us with an “off-the-shelf” platform to integrate all the technologies into one solution for our customers, which is exactly what they want; a single interface pulling everything together and enabling sophisticated C4i functionality at a fraction of the price of bespoke system”.

“The impact of the current global economy has resulted in organisations looking for ways to reduce costs, but increase security. This has resulted in a significant increase in demand for our PSIM solutions from police forces, governments and critical infrastructure in the Middle East. As a result CNL is continuing to strengthen its channel in the region, by partnering with solutions providers like Lantern”, says Ramon Grado, CNL Software’s Director Sales for the Middle East. “We look forward to working with Lantern on more projects, in the New Year”.
