“I have a young manager who likes to brag that he’s the best manager of all my restaurants,” said Aballi. “While viewing him over my Iphone I texted a screenshot from Mobilecamviewer that caught him leaning on the dressing counter, and added a note that said ‘the best manager of all my stores’. He didn’t do that again. But it proves that my restaurant operations are more efficient because the staff understands that I can watch from anywhere at any time.”
