Brivo adds additional senior staff

Jean-François Champagne, Brivo's recently recruited regional sales manager for Canada.

Brivo adds additional strategic senior staff to support the its growth.

Rueben Orr, Brivo's new director of business development has more than 15 years of experience in the electronic security industry as a systems integrator.

"I am very excited to be a part of the Brivo team, and I look forward to helping the company grow by strengthening our existing customer base and developing new opportunities with organizations who share our commitment to simplify the convergence of physical security and information technology" comments Rueben.

Rueben is well equipped for his new position, with extensive experience in the design, sale, and installation of access control, intrusion detection, CCTV, and fire alarm systems in nearly all major vertical markets. Previously, Rueben worked at Apex Technology Solutions and is based in Colorado.

Jean-François Champagne has been hired as Brivo's regional sales manager for Canada. JF comes to Brivo from the Canadian Security Association (CANASA), where he served as director of education for several years, and finished his tenure there as acting executive director. JF has spent more than 10 years in the security industry, including time with Tyco, and he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Brivo's Canadian sales efforts. JF is based in Toronto.

To better serve Brivo's growing distribution and international customer base, Brivo has promoted Shawn Gore to director of distribution and international sales, based in Montreal. Previously, Shawn served as sales manager for Canada, where he established Brivo as a new access control vendor there. Shawn has more than 20 years in the electronic access control industry, with 10 years spent at DSC and Kantech. At Kantech, he was responsible for the implementation and execution of sales and marketing strategies both domestically and internationally. About his new challenge, Shawn comments "There are tremendous opportunities outside North America, and I look forward to developing the key partnerships and distributor relationships that will expand the Brivo brand of IP access control throughout key international markets as well as in the US"

Jerry Graciano has been promoted to manager of development partnerships. Jerry started with Brivo as a technical support representative. Following that, he contributed significantly to the company's product development process as a software engineer. Jerry's combination of exemplary customer service and technical expertise constitute a perfect background for his new role of leading support and development activities for customers implementing projects using Brivo's new XML integration interface. Jerry will be based in Brivo's headquarters in Bethesda.

In another move, Eleni Manoloudis, inside sales representative, has been promoted to inside sales manager, overseeing the entire department's operations. Based in Bethesda, the team provides sales support to Brivo's North American regional sales managers, while also providing vital support to the marketing and business development departments. Eleni has been with Brivo for four years, and has more than eight years of experience in sales, marketing, and public relations.
